Cartographic analysis of urban areas using satellite image as a base for data collecting

Abstract



This paper shows possibilities of using the WORLDVIEW-1 satellite images as a base for creating and updating cartographic materials. It also describes the entire applied procedure for satellite images processing so that they could be used in cartography.
